Vember Audio Shortcircuit
A very excellent, easy to work, software sampler. It has lots of the features that the really big companies produce, but the difference is that it just works. The interface is good and simple, although lacking the flashiness of Surge, Vember's synthesiser offering.

There is a free version, with limited polyphony and instances if you want to give it a try. He only sells via the web I think.

Have a look at Surge also, see that tagline 'Binary is Beautiful', that was my idea. What do you mean, you can tell?
